When you subscribe: your email address, the mark you want watched, and optionally its USPTO serial number and a description of what you sell. Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your card number.
Running your watch, sending your alerts, weekly summaries and occasional service notices, and handling billing. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing from other companies.
The free check on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. The name you type isn't sent to us. We count how many checks are run each day, nothing more.
We keep daily totals of page views, which website sent visitors here, and clicks on the subscribe buttons. No cookies, no IP addresses, nothing that identifies you.
Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (sending your alerts), and Cloudflare (hosting this website). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
While you're subscribed, and for up to 12 months after you cancel. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Email us to have your data deleted sooner.
The trademark filings we compare against are public records published by the USPTO.
